Welcome to ANTIQUA MUNDI. This website is operated and managed by Da Costa Strategic Partner, a strategic consultancy firm based in Switzerland. By accessing this website and engaging with our private brokerage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. The Intermediary Role
Antiqua Mundi, under the direct management of Da Costa Strategic Partner, acts exclusively as a private intermediary, strategic facilitator, and proxy advisor.
We do not own, buy, or store the fine art, timepieces, classic automobiles, antiques, fine wines, or rare collectibles discussed, nor do we operate as a public retail gallery, dealership, or stockist.
Our role is strictly to identify, source, match, and negotiate private off-market mandates between Principals (Buyers) and Owners (Sellers).
Any transaction resulting from our intermediation is governed by a separate, formal Bespoke Mandate Agreement.
2. Client Verification & KYC (Know Your Customer)
To maintain the utmost integrity and security within our international off-market ecosystem:
Access to sensitive asset dossiers, catalogue raisonné data, serial numbers, provenance records, or private viewings is strictly contingent upon identity verification and Proof of Funds (POF).
Da Costa Strategic Partner reserves the right to refuse service, withhold documentation, or decline mandates to any party that fails to meet our internal compliance, KYC, and due diligence standards.
3. Strict Confidentiality (Non-Disclosure)
All information provided by Antiqua Mundi regarding "Off-Market" or "Private Treaty" assets is strictly confidential.
Clients, partners, and representatives agree not to disclose asset details, valuations, ownership lineage, physical locations, or provenance to any third party without explicit written authorization from Da Costa Strategic Partner.
Unauthorized circumvention of our intermediary role or direct outreach to disclosed principals is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Swiss law.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we oversee preliminary due diligence and provenance vetting on all mandates:
Technical descriptions, physical condition reports, authentications, and market valuations are based on documentation provided by respective owners or independent certified experts.
Da Costa Strategic Partner shall not be held liable for hidden defects, historical inaccuracies in seller-provided logs, or the ultimate physical condition of the asset. We strongly recommend independent professional inspections by accredited experts for all high-value acquisitions.
5. Intellectual Property
The brands Antiqua Mundi, Vestigia, Torque Heritage, Patrimonia Domus, and Maison Rare Wines are proprietary business subdivisions of the Opulentia Suisse ecosystem. All website structure, content, brand design, and strategic frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Da Costa Strategic Partner.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or in connection with the use of this website or our intermediation services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Valais, Switzerland.
Formal mandates are initiated following a preliminary compliance review .
Antiqua Mundi is a discreet mobility bridge. We do not maintain a public inventory. We manage mandates.
